Spring Forward | Women's Confidence Coaching Workshop

If you’re ready to stop doubting yourself, this workshop for women will help you understand what’s been holding you back. Kicking off this International Women's Day on 8th March, you can come along uncover the story behind your self‑doubt, meet your future confident self, and leave with simple actions you can start right away. A supportive space to be honest, feel seen, and build real momentum to spring forward with confidence. The same workshop will be repeated every Sunday throughout March, so you can choose the date that works best for you.

This workshop is for women who:

• Often feel held back by self-doubt, overthinking, or an inner critical voice
• Sense they’ve outgrown old stories or patterns but aren’t sure how to move forward with confidence
• Want gentle, practical support to build self-trust and step into a more confident version of themselves

• Spot the hidden beliefs blocking your confidence
• Understand the narratives that no longer serve you
• Reframe self-doubt into self-permission and possibility
• Step into the mindset of your future, more confident self
• Walk away with clear actions that build your confidence

🌸 Your Coach

Dayo is an Organisation Design Consultant and Confidence Coach with a deep passion for people and the systems they work within. She is driven by a belief that meaningful and lasting change happens when individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered to show up as themselves.

Known for her warmth, curiosity, and adaptability, Dayo creates spaces where people feel safe to reflect, explore, and grow. She takes a human-centred, systemic approach, recognising that confidence is shaped not only by individuals, but by the environments, relationships, and structures around them.

Through her work, Dayo supports individuals and organisations to navigate change with greater clarity, self-trust, and confidence. Her approach is thoughtful and practical, helping people make sense of where they are, understand what’s holding them back, and take meaningful steps forward in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

🌸 Donations

All profits from donations will be given to support women in Freedom Church Cardiff (Charity Number: 1206258). The focus of this event is on confidence, connection and real change. While donations will support a local church's initiatives, this event is not spiritual or religious in nature and is open to all regardless of your faith. If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the event, you may request a refund up to 24 hours before the event.
